Love & Acceptance

Love & Acceptance

Love requires that we honor and respect where people are in life and who people choose to be. Love by its very virtue is unconditional. What this means is that we are to love our brothers and sisters regardless of where they are and who they are choosing to be. In a word, it is “Acceptance.” Love & AcceptanceAcceptance means that we allow one another to be exactly who we are choosing to be in the moment no matter how we feel about that choice. It also means not judging and/or condemning each other for choices that do not fit our own trajectory. In short, love means accepting one another’s differences.

This does not mean that we must condone undesired behavior and/or join in on said behavior. There is a such thing as loving from a distance. God created each and every one of us out of love (without condition), so it is through love that we cultivate our connection to each other and it is also through love that we honor, respect and please God. God loves and accepts you, I love and accept you…love and accept your sisters and brothers and watch how love increasingly shows up in your life. Now that’s the GOOD NEWS!! And so it is…

Chief Executive Officer

M.ind O.ver M.atter (M.O.M.) was founded in 2007 by Corky Henderson, who, after a spiritual awakening took on the pen name of Healing. Having worked several years in healthcare he recognized the gaps that exist in our country’s approach to health and wellness and decided to do something about it. In the United States, we focus on pacifying the symptoms of our health issues as opposed to healing the cause. Healing believed that to affect real/permanent change in one’s life that we should not only focus on healing the cause of the issue, but to cultivate and balance each aspect of who we are…mind, body, and soul. This then became the mantra and vision for M.O.M.
