Love Personified
In addition to being the example of how to live on this earthly plane and serving as a conduit to God, Jesus’ life also exhibited what it means to be love. Love is unconditional which means that all are worthy of love…for this is the gospel of the “whosoever”. Jesus showed love to prostitutes, criminals, hypocrites, and even liars. All of these are covered under the “whosoever”. If God is love, then so are we, and we can look to Jesus for practical examples of what love is. Just as we ask “What Would Jesus Do (WWJD)” we can also ask interchangeably “What Would Love Do (WWLD)”. And so it is…
