All perceived problems stem from one central idea-the mindset that we are all separate. Because I don’t recognize this as a problem, I also don’t realize that the solution already exists: oneness. As long as I believe and operate in separation, I will never experience the peace of oneness. This is the peace that “surpasses all understanding.”
Put more practically, to recognize and experience the benefits of oneness, I must understand that my brother/sister and I are one…in doing so I will treat them with the love and compassion that I choose for myself. I will also understand that whatever I do or say to others I also do and say to myself. The converse is true.
We should understand that we are all one with God because God exists in each of us. As we focus on this common bond, we move closer to experiencing the benefits of our oneness…namely peace from our perceived problems. And so it is…
